525 Technologies seeks a reliable Camera and Access Control Technician to support security systems across multiple facilities. The role involves installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV/IP cameras and access control solutions, ensuring high availability and customer-focused service.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with low-voltage systems, security infrastructure, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A strong safety mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with CCTV/IP cameras and access control systems.
• Familiar with Genetec Security Center and ExacqVision.
• Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, switches).
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for security cameras and access control systems.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Assist with new installations, including wiring, device setup, and system configuration.
• Work with IT/security teams to address system alerts and performance issues.
• Maintain accurate records of service, repairs, and installations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
