Job summary

Stellar Virtual in Texas is seeking a CCMR Coordinator to lead planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of College, Career, and Military Readiness initiatives across the district.

The role collaborates with campus and district leaders to maximize student readiness outcomes, ensure compliance with state accountability, and expand dual credit, industry-based certifications, and postsecondary pathways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college is required.
• Master's degree in Educational Administration or related field preferred.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate required; principal/counselor cert preferred.
• Experience with CCMR, HB3, and state accountability systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CCMR strategy and district-wide programs.
• Analyze CCMR data to monitor progress and inform interventions.
• Coordinate TSIA2, SAT, ACT testing and college readiness activities.
• Build partnerships with colleges, workforce organizations, and community partners.
• Support campuses with CCMR opportunities and data-driven improvements.
