Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. seeks a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

This role welcomes patients to the treatment floor, advocates for their needs, and communicates with the team to ensure quality care and a compassionate healing environment. The position emphasizes high energy, goal-orientation, and a sense of purpose to improve the lives of patients with kidney disease.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, G.E.D. certificate, or equivalent.
• Experience: Six (6) months of active hemodialysis patient care experience as a certified hemodialysis technician.
• Licenses/Certifications: BONENT (CHT)/NNCC (CCHT)/NNCO (CCNT) certification (per state regulations).
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Advocate for patients and communicate with the team to deliver quality care.
• Greet patients on the treatment floor and ensure a comfortable patient experience.
