Responsibilities

• Plan and lead practices, manage game strategy, and mentor athletes.
• Build a healthy team culture focused on character, teamwork, and perseverance.
• Organize all aspects of the season, including tournaments, facilities, and logistics.
• Uphold CIF-SS rules, school policies, and student-athlete safety.
• Manage team budget and communicate with players, parents, and staff.
