Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in finance or audit/consulting.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence key stakeholders.
• Experience with Basel III framework and regulatory reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Assess and test the internal control environment for accuracy.
• Validate transaction capture and reporting processes.
• Analyze issues and communicate findings effectively.
• Draft remediating recommendations and communicate with stakeholders.
• Cultivate relationships across Finance and Regulatory Reporting.
• Monitor and report project progress to Senior Management.

Skills

Prior experience in a line role or supporting a finance or reporting function

Ability to organize and present data meaningfully

Strong written, communication, and presentation skills

Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
