Job summary

Deloitte’s Sales & Service team seeks a CCaaS Technical Lead, Senior Consultant to design, integrate, and deliver cloud-based contact center and Generative AI solutions using NICE CXone, Five9, Amazon Connect, and Genesys Cloud.

You will own technical workstreams, guide architecture decisions, mentor colleagues, and support proposals, demonstrations, and deployment activities with an emphasis on security, scalability, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology consulting or related delivery experience.
• Experience designing or implementing AWS-based solutions.
• Hands-on experience with CCaaS platforms and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead CCaaS technical workstreams and implementation efforts.
• Design integration patterns and implementation plans.
• Coordinate across stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Contribute to testing, deployment, and production support.
