Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an CCaaS Technical Lead, Senior Consultant to design and deliver cloud-based contact center and Generative AI solutions. You will lead technical workstreams, translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, and collaborate with stakeholders across NICE CXone, Five9, Amazon Connect, and Genesys Cloud.

The role requires hands-on delivery, architectural guidance, and mentorship while supporting production deployments and performance improvements.

Qualifications

5+ years of technology consulting or related delivery experience.
3+ years designing or implementing AWS-based solutions.
Hands-on CCaaS platform experience with one or more leading providers.
Experience with cloud-native architectures, APIs, event-driven solutions, and Agile delivery.
Bachelor's degree in CS or engineering and ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Lead technical workstreams for CCaaS and Contact Center AI implementations.
Develop solution designs, integration patterns, and implementation plans.
Configure and integrate NICE CXone, Five9, Amazon Connect, and Genesys Cloud.
Design AWS-based solutions using Lex, Bedrock, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch.
Implement Generative AI capabilities with RAG, grounding, tool calling, and guardrails.
Mentor junior practitioners and provide day-to-day technical guidance.
