Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the elaboration of semi‑annual budget, monthly forecasts, and five‑year plan.
  • Participate in month‑end reporting ensuring reliability, consistency and transparency.
  • Contribute to the analysis of variances and propose appropriate corrective actions.
  • Participate in profitability and cash improvement actions.
  • Develop, execute and control internal procedures including spending authorisations.
  • Contribute to business plans elaboration and financial justifications for new acquisitions.
  • Review financial impact of current and future activities/decisions.
  • Manage Past Due A/R.
  • Validate VA/VE savings.
  • Monitor Serial Program Spending.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Overall responsibilities and duties

The CBU Controller is in charge of financial issues, including budgeting, month‑end reporting, squeeze management (maintain improve value added IE: selling price less material cost) internal controls and year‑end audits. The CBU Controller assists management to make profitable business decisions.

The main missions of the role are
  • Contribute to the elaboration of semi‑annual budget, monthly forecasts, and five‑year plan
  • Participate in month‑end reporting ensuring reliability, consistency and transparency
  • Contribute to the analysis of the variances and propose appropriate corrective actions working closely with the program management teams.
  • Participate in profitability and cash improvement actions
  • Develop, execute and control internal procedures including spending authorisations in respect of Corporate policies
  • Contribute to business plans elaboration and financial justifications for new business acquisition
  • Review financial impact of current and future activities/decisions.
  • Squeeze Management
  • Manage Past Due A/R

  • BumpChart follow up
  • Supplier Retro Calculation
  • Monitor Serial Program Spending
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Minimum education level

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience
  • 5 years controller (plant environment preferred)
