Job summary

MLT Systems is seeking a Mid Staff Logistician to support DoD acquisition logistics across the IPS/Lifecycle domains. The role emphasizes collaboration with program offices, IPTs, and external partners to ensure cost, schedule, and performance alignment.

Responsibilities include developing analyses, updating program documentation, and coordinating logistics activities across all lifecycle phases from MS through P&D. A bachelor’s degree and DoD logistics experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–7 years of experience with 2 years of acquisition logistics.
• Expertise in CBRN defense, DoD acquisition logistics, and lifecycle management.
• Operator and maintenance training or certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with DPAS, GCSS, and LMP systems.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• US driver's license and ability to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IPS and Life Cycle Logistics management within the IEW portfolio.
• Develop, review, and update studies and program documentation.
• Support full life cycle management from development to sustainment using DoD processes.
• Monitor life cycle costs, schedule, and performance for product support.
• Assist in milestone planning and logistics input for briefings and schedules.
• Coordinate product support with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in IPTs, IPRs, and milestone reviews to address logistics elements.
• Create and maintain type classification/material release documentation.
• Update JACKS, shared drives, Teams, and other repositories with program data.
• Develop sustainment and fielding plans, manuals, and training packages.
