Job summary

Apogee Engineering, LLC seeks a highly qualified CBRN Data Analyst to translate complex CBRN data into actionable operational insights for the Department of the Air Force. The role supports HAF/A10 with advanced modeling, analysis of test results, and development of policy and doctrine revisions.

The position is full-time and on-site at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA, with contingent status pending contract award. U.S.

Qualifications

Must be a US citizen.
Must possess TS-level clearance with SCI eligibility and maintain it.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Twelve (12) years of experience in the technical/professional discipline; including five (5) years of DoD experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct CBRN Operational Impact Analysis examining OPLANS, Force Models, intelligence, CBRN threats, delivery means, and environmental effects on DAF missions.
Produce Operational Impact Analysis Reports.
Produce Threat and Vulnerability Assessment papers.
Provide Test & Experimentation (T&E) support for AF, Joint, or interagency events and evaluate results for operational relevance.
Produce Test Result Evaluation Reports and recommendations for operational guidance (evacuation criteria, exposure limits, standoff distances, decontamination standards).
Provide formal recommendations for updates to AFIs, AFMANs, TTPs, and other policy/doctrine documents.
Develop, maintain, and operate Modeling & Simulation (M&S) products (e.g., VLSTRACK, HPAC, JEM) and create hazard prediction and sortie generation models.
Develop new custom modeling programs and visualization tools in Python, C++, or Visual Basic.
