ITW Food Equipment Group in Baltimore, MD, is seeking an CBI Electrical Engineer to develop new products for Vulcan and related brands. You will design, prototype and test electrical/electromechanical systems, create wiring diagrams, and validate solutions with vendors and teams.
Strong project management and independent work are essential for milestone delivery. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in electrical engineering and 5 years of experience.

As CBI Electrical Engineer you will be part of the Vulcan New Product Development Team (COE), responsible for developing new products including designing, prototyping and testing solutions. Additional responsibilities include wire harness design, component selection and validation, troubleshooting, and compliance testing for both new and existing product lines.
Strong project management and leadership skills as well as ability to work independently are required to archive product development milestones and growth targets. You should be curious, inventive, and creative with proven record of developing new products and technologies based on customer feedback and market insights. Experience with software programming is highly preferred and would be a valuable addition to the role.

The compensation package for the role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $101,200- $151,800 and is also eligible to for variable compensation.
ITW considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, geographic location, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
