Base pay range

$20.00/yr - $25.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain STRATA TV and high-speed broadband services.
• Maintain and verify connections from tap to customer equipment.
• Provide professional and courteous communication with customers.
• Educate customers on installed equipment and services.
• Complete work orders, checklists, and customer surveys accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Utah driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to climb poles, work on ladders, and perform duties in confined spaces.
• Basic computer skills, including email and reviewing work orders.

Working Conditions
