Qualifications

• BQA certification required or obtained within 30 days of employment.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine pen checks to ensure animals are healthy and treat sick or injured animals.
• Follow protocols for handling veterinary needles, syringes, and medications to avoid contamination or self-injury.
• Daily tasks include checking waterers, feed bunk moisture, bedding, and pen cleanliness.
• Operate and maintain feedlot equipment including chutes, tractors, and wagons.
• Travel may be required to Beck's regional locations; hours vary with seasonal activity.
• Pass safety, drug screening, and background checks as required.
