Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) seeks an experienced CATIA/DELMIA automation specialist in the United States. You will leverage CATIA CAA, ENOVIA, and GUI development with V5 to customize and extend CATIA/DELMIA applications.

Strong C++/C# skills, VBA/CATScript, and Git-driven DevOps practices are essential to drive product enhancements and system integration. Responsibilities include engaging in API-based development, performing unit testing and UAT, and delivering robust documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with CATIA V5/CAA, ENOVIA, and automation tooling.
• Proficiency in C++ and C#/.NET for desktop/automation tasks.
• Familiar with Git, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience in GUI development using CAA V5.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Customization & Development: Customizing CATIA V5 and DELMIA using VBA, CATScript or VB.Net/Python.
• API Usage: Utilizing CATIA APIs to interact with Product Structure, Model, Drawing, and Annotation objects.
• Application Enhancement: Enhancing existing codebases, developing new functionality, and optimizing performance.
• System Integration: Developing applications for DELMIA/CATIA to streamline manufacturing process planning and shop floor operations.
• Testing and Validation: Conducting unit testing, debugging, and UAT to meet quality standards.
• Technical Documentation: Creating technical documentation and conducting code reviews.
