Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (education or related field desirable).
• Current substitute teaching license or appropriate state certification.
• Commitment to the mission and philosophy of Catholic education.
• Prior classroom experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism, flexibility, and respect for students and staff.
• Background Check, Fingerprinting, and Faith's Law Paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Implement the lesson plans and instructional activities prepared by the classroom teacher.
• Support and model the Catholic identity and mission of the school in all interactions.
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and faith-centered classroom environment that encourages learning.
• Manage student behavior in accordance with school policies and Gospel values.
• Supervise students responsibly in assigned areas.
