Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Valid teaching credential or substitute permit is preferred.
Prior teaching or classroom experience preferred.
Practicing Catholic or committed to supporting Catholic education.
Ability to follow lesson plans, manage a classroom, and adapt to grade levels (PreK–8).
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Provide instruction based on lesson plans prepared by the regular teacher.
Maintain classroom order and promote a positive, respectful environment.
Incorporate Catholic values into interactions and management.
Ensure the safety and well-being of students.
Supervise students in various settings, including lunchroom and recess.
Communicate effectively with school staff and leave a summary for the returning teacher.
