Position Overview

The Principal serves as the spiritual, educational, and administrative leader of Sacred Heart Catholic School. The successful candidate will foster a strong Catholic culture, promote academic excellence, support and develop faculty and staff, and cultivate meaningful partnerships with families, parish leadership, and the broader community.

The Principal will provide visionary leadership while ensuring the school's mission remains at the center of all decision-making and educational initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

Successful candidates will possess:

• A practicing Roman Catholic in full communion with the Catholic Church who demonstrates a strong commitment to Catholic education and a working knowledge of the Catholic faith.
• Master’s Degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of successful teaching experience.
• Experience in Catholic education strongly preferred.
• State-issued administrative license/certificate or eligibility to obtain licensure preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with pastors, faculty, staff, parents, students, parishioners, and diocesan leadership.
• Experience implementing educational initiatives, policies, and strategic goals.
• A collaborative leadership style that inspires trust, accountability, and professional growth.
