Job summary

St. Peter the Apostle Catholic School in San Antonio, TX, seeks a dedicated 4th Grade Teacher to cultivate a love of learning and the Catholic intellectual tradition. Opened in fall 2025 with PK3-6th grade, the school plans expansion this coming year and will rely on a teacher who upholds policies of the Archdiocese.

The 4th Grade Teacher reports to the principal and will ensure classroom policies, safety, and strong communication with families as part of a faith-filled, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2+ years of teaching experience preferred.
• 12 credit hours in education courses or a valid state certificate.
• Technology proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and internet use for educational purposes.
• Demonstrated competency in the assigned subject area(s).
• Must pass Archdiocesan Safe Environment requirements and background screening.
