Job summary

Immaculate Conception School in Clarksville, TN is seeking a dedicated 3rd Grade Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year to provide a strong academic foundation within a Catholic school environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field is required.
• Active Tennessee teaching license with elementary endorsement or enrolled in approved program.
• Previous elementary classroom teaching experience preferred.
• Strong classroom management, organization, communication, and instructional skills are required.
• Experience in a Catholic or faith-based school environment is preferred.
• Practicing Catholic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advocate and model Catholic mission in daily teaching.
• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with standards and Diocese expectations.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learners.
• Maintain organized, welcoming classroom and build positive relationships.
• Assess student progress and communicate with families.
• Collaborate with Principal and staff on school initiatives.
• Participate in meetings, PD, and events as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
