Job summary

Vail Health is seeking a highly skilled professional to provide care in the Cardiac Catheterization/Special Procedures Lab. You will assist physicians, prepare rooms and equipment, monitor patient status, and respond to emergencies with calm, professional conduct.

The role requires RCIS or ARRT certification and ACLS/BLS, with 2 years Cath Lab experience preferred. On‑call responsibilities and HIPAA compliance are essential, with hourly pay based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in Cath Lab (preferred).
• RCIS or ARRT certification and registration required.

Responsibilities

• Works within a team environment.
• Handle emergency situations during high‑risk procedures.
• Communicate clearly with patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members.
• Participate in on‑call duties within 30 minutes.
• Demonstrate competence with invasive cardiovascular techniques and equipment.
• Prepare and operate procedural equipment with safety and precision.
• Contribute to quality assurance and projects.

• Perform other duties as assigned, HIPAA compliant.
