Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Cath Lab Tech to join a high-performing cardiac care environment. The role offers flexible shifts (4x10s or 5x8s) with an initial 13-week contract and potential transition to a permanent role under the facility's compensation plan.

Qualified candidates must hold RCIS or ARRT, have at least 2 years cath lab experience with 1 year in a Cath Lab Tech role, and EP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RCIS or ARRT certification.
• Minimum 2 years cath lab experience.
• Minimum 1 year specifically as a Cath Lab Tech.
• Electrophysiology (EP) experience is highly desirable
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in interventional cardiac procedures within IC and EP labs.
• Work across 6 procedure rooms: 4 interventional cardiology labs, 2 electrophysiology suites, and 2 hybrid labs.
• Support a high daily case volume, averaging 45-50 cases at one location and 15-20 at the second.
• Maintain a sterile field and uphold all safety protocols during procedures.
• Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot complex imaging and monitoring equipment.
• Ensure accurate patient documentation and collaborate with physicians and nursing staff.
• Contribute to an environment focused on excellent patient outcomes and continuous improvement.

$2,838 - $2,992/WeekEstimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
