Job summary

St. Mary's General Hospital in Passaic, NJ, is looking for a Cardiovascular Technician to assist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The ideal candidate will have relevant certification and experience in a cardiovascular lab.

This full-time role involves preparing procedure rooms, monitoring data during cardiac procedures, and participating in training and departmental meetings. Excellent benefits are provided, including paid time off and a 401K retirement plan.

Qualifications

• ARRT-R and required State license or Certified Cardiovascular Technologist (CCT) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) required.
• Previous experience in a Cardiovascular Lab preferred.
• BCLS (AHA) required upon hire and maintain current.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist cardiologist/radiologist by scrubbing procedures or monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data.
• Ensure procedure room is adequately prepared.
• Monitor par level of all instruments and supplies.
