Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, partnering with Lifepoint Health, is seeking travel nurses for assignments at Canyon Vista Medical Center in Sierra Vista, AZ. Opportunities include 8, 10, or 13 week rotations across a network of facilities, offering competitive pay and housing options.

You’ll deliver patient care, monitor conditions, collaborate with care teams, educate patients and families, and advocate for wellness while supporting diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Appropriate certifications as required for specific position (as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Assist Healthcare professionals in delivering patient care.
• Monitor, records, and communicate patient condition to care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral, and psychosocial support needs.
• Evaluate learning needs of patient and/or family and provide education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Work as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
