Job summary

Jackson HealthPros is seeking a skilled cath lab tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) in Tucson, AZ. You will support physicians and Cath lab staff, scrub and monitor procedures, and operate imaging equipment to capture vital cardiac data.

The role requires ARRT certification, RCIS preferred, and at least 2 years in a Cath Lab setting. Benefits include comprehensive insurance, 401k matching, and travel-related housing assistance.

Qualifications

• ARRT Radiologic Technologist certification.
• 2 years' experience in a Cath Lab hospital setting.
• BLS & ACLS Certification (AHA preferred).
• Active state license when required.
• Experience scrubbing and monitoring cath lab procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and Cath lab personnel in diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Operate advanced imaging equipment to capture heart and vessel data.
• Scrub and monitor Cath lab cases including angiogram/PCI and IR procedures.
• Support inventory and restock rooms for Cath lab operations.

Earn full time pay and benefits while you assist physicians and other Cath lab personnel in conducting vital diagnostic tests and procedures; and operate advanced medical equipment to capture crucial images and data of the heart and blood vessels.

What You'll Need:

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) preferred.
• Must have 2 years' experience in a Cath Lab hospital setting
• BLS & ACLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• State specific licensing when required
• Must have cath lab experience
• ARRT required
• Experience scrubbing and monitoring required
• Experience scrubbing cath lab procedures including angiogram, PCI, complex cases such as CTO, L main, PFO, device implant, PE thrombectomy, IR cases, and peripheral procedures required
• STEMI coverage required
• Experience with Impella and IABP required
• Knowledge of products and ability to restock rooms required
• Shift hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts
• On-call: 9-10 shifts per month and 1 weekend
