Job summary

Jackson HealthPros in Tucson is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) to support physicians in diagnostic tests and procedures, scrubbing and monitoring cath lab cases, and operating advanced imaging equipment for heart and vessel assessment. This full-time position includes STEMI coverage and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• ARRT RT certification is required.
• 2 years' cath lab hospital experience.
• BLS & ACLS certifications.
• State licensing as required.
• Cath lab experience and ARRT required.
• Experience scrubbing and monitoring cath lab procedures.
• STEMI coverage experience.
• Knowledge of Impella and IABP expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and cath lab staff in diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Operate imaging equipment to capture heart and vessel data.
• Scrub and monitor cath lab procedures during cases.
• Support STEMI coverage as needed.
• Maintain supply readiness and room restocking.

Earn full time pay and benefits while you assist physicians and other Cath lab personnel in conducting vital diagnostic tests and procedures; and operate advanced medical equipment to capture crucial images and data of the heart and blood vessels.

What You'll Need:

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) preferred.
• Must have 2 years' experience in a Cath Lab hospital setting
• BLS & ACLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• State specific licensing when required
• Must have cath lab experience
• ARRT required
• Experience scrubbing and monitoring cath lab procedures
• STEMI coverage required
• Experience with Impella and IABP expected
• Knowledge of products and ability to restock rooms expected
• Shift Hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Schedule: 4 shifts of 10 hours
• On call: 9-10 shifts per month and 1 weekend
