Job summary

Jackson HealthPros in Garden City, KS is seeking a cath lab technologist to support cardiovascular invasive procedures. This 13-week travel assignment offers a 4x10 schedule with call and opportunities to work with physicians and Cath lab teams on diagnostic tests and imaging of the heart and vessels.

Candidates must have ARRT radiologic technologist certification, RCIS preferred, state license, and BLS/ACLS; travel housing and benefits are provided.

• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) preferred.
• 2 years' experience in a Cath Lab hospital setting.
• BLS & ACLS Certification (AHA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and Cath lab personnel in diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Operate advanced medical equipment to capture images and data of the heart and vessels.
• Travel to Garden City, KS on a 13-week assignment with 4x10 schedule and call.

What You'll Need:

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) preferred.
• 2 years' experience in a Cath Lab hospital setting
• BLS & ACLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• State specific licensing when required
• BLS (AHA)
• Certified Cardiovascular Interventional Rad Tech - ARRT (CV)
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) via CCI
• KS License
• Experience with STEMI cases independently
• 13-week assignment.
• 4x10 schedule with call required.
• Tues-Thurs: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
• Monday and Friday start time is 7:00 AM if cases are scheduled.
• Weekend call: 2 weekends per month, possibly 3 if a staff member has PTO.
• Call requirement: 15 days.
• Call response time: 30 minutes.
• May assist in stress lab.
