Job summary

Jackson HealthPros seeks a Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) to join a dynamic team and support physicians during diagnostic tests and procedures in a travel-friendly role. You will operate advanced imaging equipment to capture crucial data of the heart and vessels, ensuring patient safety and quality results.

The role requires ARRT certification, 2+ years in a Cath Lab, and BLS/ACLS certification.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification as Radiologic Technologist required.
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab hospital experience.
• “BLS & ACLS” certification preferred (AHA).
• State-specific licensing when required.
• BLS from AHA only.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and Cath Lab staff in diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Operate advanced medical imaging equipment to capture heart and vessel data.
• Run the table and move the C Arm during procedures.
• Assist with sheath removal and hemostasis.
• Support travel assignments with on-call requirements (approx. 10–15 days per month).

Earn full time pay and benefits while you assist physicians and other Cath lab personnel in conducting vital diagnostic tests and procedures; and operate advanced medical equipment to capture crucial images and data of the heart and blood vessels.

What You'll Need:

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist
• Must have 2 years experience in a Cath Lab hospital setting
• BLS & ACLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• State specific licensing when required
• BLS from AHA only
• 1+ years Cath Lab experience
• Interventional cardiology experience
• Experience with IABPs, Impella, Penumbra, and CSI
• Ability to run table and move C Arm during procedures
• Experience with sheath removal and maintaining hemostasis
• Must live within 30 minutes for call requirements

Assignment Details

Shift hours: 0700-1530 On-call rotation required.

Call requirement: approximately 10-15 days per month, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. No floating required.
