Job summary

Jackson HealthPros is seeking a Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) in Akron, OH. You will assist physicians and Cath lab personnel in diagnostic tests and procedures and operate imaging equipment to capture detailed heart and vessel data.

The role requires ARRT certification, RCIS preferred, and 2+ years of Cath Lab experience with BLS/ACLS. Ohio licensing may be required, with AMA-approved schooling as a baseline credential.

Qualifications

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist as a minimum.
• 2 years of Cath Lab hospital experience required.
• BLS & ACLS certifications preferred.
• State licensing when required and Ohio license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and Cath lab staff in diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Operate advanced imaging equipment to capture heart and blood vessel images and data.

What You‘ll Need:

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) preferred.
• Must have 2 years‘ experience in a Cath Lab hospital setting
• BLS & ACLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• State specific licensing when required
• Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiological Technologists
• Licensed by the Ohio Department of Health in the applicable imaging modality
• Must have 2+ years of cardio cath lab experience to be considered

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Schedule: 4x10s
• Weekend call required every 6th weekend
• One weeknight call shift required each week
• Must be willing to work holidays
