Qualifications
- Prepare patients for procedures, review medical history, position patients, and cleaning/shaving/numbing the testing sites as appropriate.
- Monitor patient pre- and post-procedure, reporting any abnormal findings in patient's condition.
- Cath Lab techs assist with equipment, supplies, and lab area set up and room turnovers.
Responsibilities
- Operate X-ray equipment and assist in the Cath Lab under physician supervision.
- Prepare and position patients, review medical history and prep sites.
- Monitor and report patient condition before and after procedures.
