MUSC Health in Florence, SC is hiring a full-time Cath Lab Tech. The selected candidate will assist with invasive and noninvasive cardiovascular procedures, support the cardiologist, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
Training is available for licensed RTs seeking entry into the cath lab. Prerequisites include ARRT, CVIS, CRT and RRT certifications, current BLS, and a cath lab or cardiovascular specialty preference.

The Cath lab technologist is a professional caregiver who specializes and performs/assists with invasive and noninvasive cardiovascular procedures. Responsible for assisting the cardiologist in while adhering to departmental standards and protocols. Collaborates with other professionals in and out of the Hospital to ensure effective, efficient patient care delivery and achievement of desired outcomes. Performs other related duties incidental to the work described within.
ARRT, CVIS , CRT , RRT
Current BLS certification
Cath lab or Cardiovascular specialty certification preferred
