Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in acute care specialty nursing.
Current American Heart Association BLS, ACLS certification required.
Responsibilities
Provides technical and imaging support during invasive and interventional cardiac procedures.
Works collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and the multidisciplinary team.
Ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality care for patients.
Skills
Strong knowledge of coronary anatomy, cardiac physiology, and hemodynamics
Proficiency in sterile technique, radiation safety, and contrast administration
Ability to recognize and respond to cardiac arrhythmias and hemodynamic instability
Ability to function effectively in high-acuity, time-sensitive situations
Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing clinical priorities
Education
Associate or bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology or Cardiovascular Technology
