Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Tech for a 13-week contract at a community hospital in Benton, AR. The technologist will perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures and support the cardiac care team.

Required RCIS or ARRT registration, AR license, and BLS/ACLS. A minimum of 1 year in a Cath Lab is preferred; housing and travel assistance may be provided through the agency.

Qualifications

• Must be RCIS or ARRT registered.
• Arkansas license for Radiologic Technology or Limited Specialty License required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience preferred.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Tech to join our team at a community hospital with 177 beds. The facility offers a range of services including cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, orthopedics, and more. The Cath Lab Tech will be responsible for performing diagnostic and interventional procedures related to cardiac health.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac catheterizations and related procedures.
• Assist in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac conditions.
• Collaborate with the cardiac team to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Maintain equipment and assist in training new staff as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must be a registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or a Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT).
• Hold an Arkansas State Department of Health License for Radiologic Technology or Limited Specialty License.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Cath Lab setting is preferred.
