Job summary

Jackson HealthPros seeks a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (Cath Lab Tech) to support physicians in the cath lab, operating advanced imaging equipment to capture high-quality heart and vessel images while helping ensure patient safety during procedures. This is a full-time traveler position in Baton Rouge with a 13-week assignment and shift hours of 06:45–15:15.

Requirements include ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist, RCIS preferred, 2 years' cath lab experience, BLS/ACLS, and applicable

Qualifications

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist required.
• RCIS certification from CCI preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' Cath Lab experience in a hospital setting.
• BLS & ACLS certification required; state licenses as needed.
• ARRT(R) and LSRTBE state license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and Cath Lab staff in diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Operate advanced imaging equipment to capture heart and vessel data.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Travel on assignment for travel contract with housing and benefits.
