Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Cardiac Catheterization Technologist in Bronx, NY to perform imaging and support diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular conditions. You will work with a team in the cath lab and interventional radiology to deliver high-quality patient care.

Role requires NY state X-ray licensure, ARRT/RCIS or equivalent, BLS/ACLS, and 2+ years in interventional settings. Shifts include 8-hour blocks with 1-hour lunch and 35 guaranteed hours weekly, with on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• New York State License as an X-ray Technologist.
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Certification or ARRT Registered.
• BLS and ACLS Certification (American Heart Association).
• Graduate from an accredited school of Radiology.
• Two years of experience as a Cardiac Cath Technologist or X-ray Technologist, with at least one year in Interventional Radiology or Cardiac Catheterization Suite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct imaging procedures in a Cardiac Catheterization Suite.
• Assist in administration of contrast media and monitor patient safety during procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff in delivering patient care.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
• Document procedures and patient interactions accurately.
