Job summary
Progeny HR Solutions LLC in Anchorage, AK is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Catheter Lab to fill a full-time weekend role. You will serve as subject matter expert for invasive procedures, prepare patients, manage flow, provide nursing care, and document tests and results.
Requirements include a current RN license in good standing (AK license required), an Associate's degree in nursing (Bachelor's preferred), 2–3 years of Cath Lab experience, and BLS/ACLS certifications.
Qualifications
- Current nursing license in good standing
- Associate's Degree in nursing required, bachelor's preferred
- Two to three years of Cath Lab experience required
- BLS/BCLS certification and ACLS certification
Responsibilities
- Subject matter expert of invasive procedures and patient preparation
- Manage flow of patients: screening, exam prep, nursing care, admissions/testing
- Provide therapeutic services and assist in care
- Maintain and review patient records including tests and results
- Shift times: 7a-7:30p, 12 hr shifts
- Experience: RN and AK license required
- Unit beds/rooms: 3 rooms, 4-6 procedures per day
