Job summary

Palestine Regional Medical Center in Palestine, TX, seeks an experienced RN for the Cath Lab to support diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures. You will assess patients, prepare the suite, and participate in circulating, scrubbing, and post-procedure care within a safety-focused team.

Required are an active RN license, BCLS, 2+ years nursing experience, and 1+ year Cath Lab or cardiac exposure. ACLS may be required by the facility; strong teamwork and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• RN with active state license and BCLS required
• ACLS may be required by facility
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience and 1+ year Cath Lab or cardiac experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare procedure suite and gather equipment.
• Assess patients before during after procedures.
• Assist with patient transport, positioning, prepping, and draping.
• Circulate, scrub, and monitor during diagnostic/interventional cardiology procedures.
• Administer medications and oxygen under physician supervision.
• Operate and maintain monitoring and procedural equipment.
• Support post-procedure handoffs and recovery.
• Participate in on-call rotations and emergency response procedures.
