Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Cath Lab team in Montana. The RN will provide high-quality procedural nursing care, circulating and assisting cardiologists during cardiac procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Primary shift is 0630–1730 with flexibility for volume-driven call and off-cycle needs. Relocation assistance is provided to qualified candidates; a strong team-focused environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 2 years direct Cath Lab experience as an RN.
• Current RN licensure.
• Current BLS and ACLS Certification.
• Strong knowledge of professional nursing and coronary care nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper performance and maintenance of the Cath Lab environment.
• Assess patient needs and promote high-quality patient care throughout procedures.
• Provide and maintain a safe surgical environment while circulating.
• Collaborate with Cardiologists, Cath Lab Manager, and Anesthesia teams.
• Monitor patients and respond to changes in clinical status.
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage electronic records.
• Uphold safety protocols including proper handling of chemicals and blood-borne pathogen precautions.
• Flex hours to cover shifts as procedural volume demands, including call.
