Based at a flagship medical center known for cardiovascular services, the Cath Lab RN Manager will lead a fast-paced cardiac catheterization lab where precision, teamwork, and sound clinical judgment drive every procedure. This role offers broad exposure to diagnostic and interventional cardiac care while creating opportunities to elevate workflows, develop specialty talent, and advance outcomes across cardiovascular services.

The Cardiovascular Nurse Manager will oversee staffing, scheduling, clinical quality, regulatory readiness, education, patient safety, and daily operations. Close collaboration with physicians, nurses, technicians, imaging professionals, pharmacy partners, and hospital leaders will help resolve barriers quickly and keep procedural care moving safely. The Cath Lab RN Manager can also mentor emerging leaders, strengthen onboarding, support continuing education, and contribute to service-line improvement initiatives.
