Job summary

StrideCare in Addison, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse to monitor and care for patients before, during, and after Interventional Radiology and Vascular procedures, including preprocedural and recovery phases.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas nursing license (ADN/BSN), with sedation experience, strong communication, and teamwork skills. No weekends or holidays; a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for procedures, including checking vital signs
• Analyze lab results and medical history
• Provide education to the patient and family members
• Insert and remove IV lines
• Administer drugs, including moderate sedation
• Monitor patient patterns and vital signs during the procedure
• Oversee the safety and comfort of patients
• Provide post-procedure monitoring
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of practice
