Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville (Edward Hospital) seeks a Registered Nurse for the Cath Lab on a PRN basis. You will render professional nursing care, assess patients, and delegate tasks while collaborating with the unit team to meet care goals.

Required are prior Cath Lab RN experience, Illinois RN licensure, and CPR (BLS) with ACLS within 6 months. BSN preferred within 5 years; position supports flexible hours M-F 7a-5:30p with optional call.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cath Lab RN required.
• Associate degree in nursing or higher level nursing degree (BSN required within 5 years from start date).
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure.
• CPR Certification (BLS) issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross - ACLS within 6 months of start date into position.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care and assess patients' condition, recognizing deviations and planning and evaluating care.
• Delegate appropriate patient care tasks to other staff and function as a team member to meet unit goals.
• Perform general nursing duties as assigned within the Cath Lab unit and adapt to shift variations.
