Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with ANA/Code of Ethics guidance
• Experience in med-surg or acute care settings
• Licensure as Registered Nurse and BLS certification required or in process

Responsibilities

• Possess knowledge to collect health data and develop a family-centered care plan.
• Identify expected outcomes and plan individualized patient care.
• Implement interventions including medications, IV therapy, and emergent care.
• Document progress and evaluate outcomes to ensure quality care.
• Evaluate own practice against standards and continue professional development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
