Qualifications

• BSN required and active RN license in California.
• Minimum one year experience in Cath Lab, ICU, or ED.
• CN-B/CN-C progression eligible per ladder criteria.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document direct and indirect age-specific patient care in cath lab and peri-anesthesia.
• Coordinate and supervise a team of licensed and unlicensed staff as competency allows.
• Apply nursing process with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Prioritize care and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
