Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an RN for the Cath Lab to care for adults undergoing cardiac procedures. The role includes on-call and late shifts, with one full weekend of call every six weeks and Epic charting.

The unit comprises six procedure rooms and a daily census of 15 to 20 patients. The nurse will perform diagnostic and interventional cath lab tasks with fluoroscopy, maintain isolation precautions, handle equipment, and manage supplies.

Qualifications

• Skills in cardiac cath lab procedures.
• Experience in diagnostic/interventional cath lab settings using fluoroscopy.
• Knowledge of isolation precautions, equipment handling, and supply management.
• Ability to return to the facility within 30 minutes when called.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to adult patients undergoing cardiac procedures in Cath Lab.
• Take on-call shifts and late shifts within every six-week period.
• Charting using Epic.
• The unit has six procedure rooms with a daily census of 15–20 patients.
• Common diagnoses include coronary artery disease, valve disorders, and heart failure.
• Advanced procedures include TAVR, left atrial appendage closures, and thrombectomy.
