Job summary

Nebraska Methodist Health System's Cath Lab is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging and assist in interventional procedures at Methodist Hospital in Omaha, NE. The role requires ARRT certification and a commitment to patient safety and sterile technique.

Shifts are Mon-Fri, 6:45am-5:15pm with on-call duties; 4-10 hour shifts. Preferred candidates have experience in cardiac cath labs or interventional radiology and a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required; license in state preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced lab
• Knowledge of sterile technique and infection control
• Flexibility for overtime and on-call duties

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging examinations in the Cath Lab.
• Assist during diagnostic angiographic and interventional procedures.
• Ensure accurate patient identification, positioning, and documentation.
• Maintain sterile field and equipment readiness; operate ancillary devices.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and RIS/PACS systems.
• Participate in time-out and safety protocols; provide patient education.
