Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking an Interventional Rad Tech to support cardiac and vascular cath lab procedures. You will perform direct and indirect patient care before, during, and after interventions under physician supervision, ensuring high-quality care for adults and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities include assisting with invasive procedures, imaging with C-arm, monitoring vitals, and administering modest sedation where approved. Ohio licensure and ARRT certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current Ohio Radiographer license.
• Current ARRT (R.T.) certification.
• BLS (AHA) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with invasive procedures including cardiac cath, vascular angiograms, stenting, and pacemaker implants.
• Scrub, circulate, and provide hemodynamic monitoring during procedures.
• Prepare and drape patients; set up sterile fields and equipment.
• Position patients and C-arm for optimal imaging.
• Assess and document patient status (vitals, meds, labs).
• Initiate and maintain IV access and oxygen therapy per orders.
• Monitor EKG and perform glucometer testing.
• Administer medications, including moderate sedation, under physician supervision.
• Operate radiographic equipment to produce diagnostic images (ARRT required).
• Provide post-procedure instructions and discharge planning.
• Maintain sterile technique and comply with safety standards.
• Document care accurately and timely.
