Job summary

Cedars-Sinai's Cardiovascular Interventional Center in Los Angeles seeks a Cardiovascular Interventional Radiologic Technologist. You will assist in Cath Lab procedures, position patients and equipment, and maintain safe monitoring of patients and radiation exposure.

A strong candidate will have ARRT/CRT, fluoroscopy permit, and 3+ years in interventional radiology. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus to newly hired Techs and the opportunity to work in a world-class facility with top rankings in

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Radiology Technology program in an AMA approved school.
• Current ARRT and CRT certifications required.
• Fluoroscopy permit required.
• BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required (ACLS preferred).
• RT-CI specialty certification required or willing to obtain within one year from start date.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Radiologic Interventional scans/procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all procedures in the Cardiovascular Intervention Center and be a member of the Cath Lab team.
• Perform radiological procedures at a technical level.
• Position patient and fluoroscopic equipment to obtain optimal views.
• Monitor physiological systems and radiation exposure during exams to ensure safety.
