Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Technologist to join a high-quality, patient-centered hospital Cath Lab in Montana. This role supports diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, requiring scrubbing, sterile-field management, and collaboration with physicians.

Relocation assistance is provided along with a permanent/PRN schedule (0630–1730, volume-dependent). The position offers competitive compensation with shift differentials, a $10,000 retention bonus,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience, or graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular program (required).
• Current BLS Certification (required).
• Completion of the Cardiovascular Science Exam (preferred).
• Completion of the Cardiovascular Invasive Registry Exam (preferred).
• Current RCIS Registration (preferred).
• ACLS Certification (recommended).

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in managing diagnostic and interventional procedures by scrubbing and managing the sterile field
• Monitor and report hemodynamic data throughout procedures
• Perform X-ray duties, routine or delegated, in accordance with Cath Lab standards and policies
• Operate under the direction of Cardiologists, the Cath Lab Manager, Anesthesia, and R.N. Circulators
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage electronic files in compliance with departmental standards
• Uphold safety protocols including proper handling of chemicals and blood-borne pathogen precautions
