Job summary
A leading health care network is seeking a Cardiovascular Technologist to provide technical support during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Responsibilities include direct patient care, maintaining a safe environment, and operating specialty equipment. Candidates must have current Washington State Radiologic Technologist Certification or be enrolled in a relevant program, alongside necessary CPR certifications. Qualifications
- Current Washington State Radiologic Technologist Certification or currently enrolled in an Invasive Cardiovascular Specialist program.
- RCIS or commitment to obtain within 6 months of employment.
- Current AHA, BLS and ACLS CPR certifications at time of hire.
Responsibilities
- Perform direct patient care activities under the direction of the Cardiac Cath Lab / EP Registered Nurse.
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment in assigned procedure room.
- Perform required Cath Lab specific documentation.
- Assemble, disassemble, and operate specialty equipment.
Skills
Current Washington State Radiologic Technologist Certification
RCIS or commitment to obtain
Current AHA, BLS and ACLS CPR certifications
Education
Enrollment in Invasive Cardiovascular Specialist program
Enrollment in Radiologic Technologist program
