United Surgical Partners International's Florida Cardiovascular Partners Surgical Center in Port St. Lucie, FL, seeks a skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to support cardiovascular and vascular procedures and help ensure patient safety and high-quality care.

The role works closely with physicians and nurses, handling equipment, room setup, sterile technique, and documentation, with licensing and BLS/ACLS credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology, Radiologic Technology, or related program.
• Applicable Florida license, registration, or certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification or ability to obtain.
• Previous cardiovascular, cath lab, vascular, interventional, or surgical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with cardiovascular and vascular procedures.
• Preparing patients, procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies.
• Operating and maintaining cardiovascular equipment.
• Assisting with hemodynamic monitoring and procedural documentation.
• Maintaining sterile technique and infection prevention standards.
• Supporting patient safety and emergency procedures.
• Maintaining equipment and procedural supplies.

Education

Cardiovascular Technology program

Radiologic Technology program

Florida license/certification

BLS certification

ACLS certification

Experience in CV/Cath lab or surgical setting
