Job summary

Lifepoint Health's DLP Cardiac Partners seeks a Cardiovascular Technician for PRN opportunities across multiple North Carolina locations. This role supports catheterization lab teams, assists in diagnostic and interventional cardiac and vascular cases, and shares pre- and post-procedure patient care duties in a high-quality, patient-centered setting.

Qualified candidates will have a radiologic or cardiovascular technology background, active registry or CVT certification, BLS, ACLS within 30

Qualifications

Graduate of a program in Radiologic Technology or Cardiovascular Technology required.
Active registry or certification in a relevant clinical discipline, or completion of an accredited Cardiovascular Technician (CVT) program.
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Radiographer with ARRT, with a cardiac/vascular lab background.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
Three years of experience in cardiac catheterization, cardiac nursing, special procedures, or ICU-related cardiac care preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist physicians and staff in diagnostic and interventional cardiac and vascular procedures; provide pre- and post-procedure patient care; operate imaging equipment; ensure patient safety and equipment readiness; participate in fast-paced, high-acuity settings.
